Measure Your Size Yourself

To find the best fit, it’s important to know your body measurements. Follow these simple tips to measure yourself and then compare your numbers with our size chart to choose the right size.

General Tip Before Measuring:
Ask someone to help you if possible, or stand tall with your weight evenly distributed. Keep the measuring tape flat against your body—not too tight and not too loose—for the most accurate result.

Collar
Measure around the base of your neck at its fullest part. To make sure it’s not too tight, place one finger between your neck and the measuring tape.

Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it sits comfortably under your arms. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button. If using a belt for reference, measure from the center of the buckle to the third hole.

Sleeves
Start at the center back of your neck (nape), measure across to your shoulder, then down to your wrist or the point where you like your cuff to sit.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level.
